In the name of God we release the scientific journal first edition in law faculty –Minia University
and it has included a selection of important research and in our belief that scientific research doesn’t
develop except by publishing it to the benefit of competition, debate and criticism .The Journal is a series of specialized
academic journals which published by Minia University to include the outstanding research that the professors worked hard to
prepare and present according to academic Standards ,and opening to them the way of knowledge and good investment of
information and uses them in community service and development. This journal aims to publish new researches in the branches
of legal studies and discuss and exchange of experiences, as well as consolidate the scientific treatment of contemporary
issues and problems and documentation and thus it contribute to raising of scientific awareness in society through
intellectual production and cultural and it is contributing to the dissemination of values that preserve the national
identity and the consolidation of social dimensions. The Journal is keen to encourage researchers to academic writing
