Minia University President Prof. Dr. Essam Farahat extended his sincere congratulations to the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi President of Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the Glorious October Victory- a historic epic in which the heroes of the Egyptian Armed Forces embodied the highest meanings of sacrifice and devotion to reclaim the land and preserve national dignity.

Dr. Farahat emphasized that this occasion will remain a symbol of pride and honor, a shining page in the Egyptian military history, and a proof to the army’s steadfast doctrine of protecting the homeland and defending its sanctities. He pointed out that the victory of October 6, 1973, has been and continues to be an inspiration for successive generations to continue the path of construction and development under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.   

The University President also extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Egyptian Armed Forces (its leaders, officers, and soldiers) as well as to the great Egyptian people, emphasizing Minia University’s commitment to instilling the values of loyalty and belonging in its students and how to face challenges and develop the comprehensive and sustainable development for Egypt.
