Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Essam El-Deen Sadiq Farahat – President of Minia University, His Excellency Professor Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud – Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Hassan Sanad – Dean of the Faculty of Law at Minia University, and under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Hassan – Supervisor of the Education and Student Affairs Sector at the Faculty, the final exams for the second semester of the academic year 2024/2025 officially commenced on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Faculty of Law, Minia University for third-year students who conducted their exam in the subject "Code of Civil and Commercial Procedures – Judiciary and Litigation" from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and second-year students took their exam in the subject "Civil Law – Rules of Evidence and Obligation" from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

His Excellency the Dean inspected the examination halls to follow up on the examination process and issued a strict warning against bringing mobile phones or any audio-visual devices into the examination halls, as well as any materials related to the exam subject. He emphasized that any student caught in possession of such devices would be prohibited from the exam and referred to legal affairs for investigation and disciplinary action.

On the other hand, His Excellency confirmed that the exam questions were fully aligned with the course material provided in the university textbook available on the university’s electronic platform. The questions were also prepared in accordance with the examination paper standards and quality criteria established by the university.
