As part of a comprehensive strategy to attend the councils of various faculties with the aim of evaluating the common status in all its sectors, removing the obstacles that prevent the labor, and listening to the various opinions and proposals that support the advancement of the administrative, research, and educational levels, the President of Minia University headed the meeting of the Faculty of Al-Alsun council, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty Dr. Marwa El-Sheriey, vice deans, heads of departments, and faculty members.

The visit aims to ensure the work among several of the university sectors, facilitate the making of important decisions, achieve the common goals, and clarify the strategic vision and objectives that emphasize that the faculty follows the standards set by the university and to select a candidate from the faculty in the committee responsible for selecting the deans.

For his part, Professor. Essam Farhat confirmed the importance of strengthening efforts towards the Digital Transformation and enhancing the efficiency of the administrative system, pointing out that in a response of the contemporary changes of students in field of Higher Education and requirements of the future labor market, it is essential to update new academic programs to meet the needs of both local and international labor market in light of the state’s sustainable development plan across various sectors.

During the meeting, the University President reviewed the future vision to develop the infrastructure, research, and academic systems in various faculties that cope with standards of fourth- generation universities. His Excellency emphasized also the importance of investing its scientific experiences and human resources to be qualified for entering its golden area.
