The Ministry of Youth and Sports -the Central Administration for the Minister’s Office Affairs, Human Rights Unit, organized series of awareness cultural Sessions on Human Rights in Minia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Minia on Wednesday, April 23 for young man, entitled” Raising Awareness of Human Rights Principles and Introducing the National Human Rights Strategy".

The event was attended by Mr. Mondy Mohamed Okasha, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Minya, Dr. Mohamed Fathy, Professor of Sports Management, and a delegation from the Ministry of Youth and Sports led by Dr. Howaida Ahmed, Head of the Human Rights Unit, along with Dr. Samia Sayed, Ms. Lobna Abdelkader, and Ms. Yasmin Mohamed, members of the Ministry’s Human Rights Unit.

The session was delivered by Dr. Gamal Atef, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Community Service and Environmental Development at Minia University; Dr. Dalia Mohamed Mahmoud, Head of the Human Rights Office in Minya Governorate; and Dr. Mohamed Ashraf, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Minia University, with the participation of field training students.

And special appreciation is extended to Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hakam, Director of Sports Performance Management at the Directorate, who served as the event coordinator.
