Under the auspices of the President of Minia University Prof. Dr. Essam Farhat and the Dean of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Hassan Sanad, and in the presence of the Faculty Student Activity Dr. Marwan Sayed Hafiz and the Secretary of the Faculty Dr. Rida Mamdouh, the elections for the University Students Union started today Thursday, November 14, 2025, as the first day of the elections at the faculty witnessed a large presence of students wishing to be nominated at the Student Union, which came after the announcement of timetable for the Students Union elections.

The preliminary lists are scheduled to be announced on November 17, appeals will be received on November 18, appeals will be examined on November 19, the final lists will be announced on November 20, election campaigning will begin on November 21, the first round of elections will be held in the faculties, sorting and results will be announced on November 24, the runoff round will be on November 25, elections for committee secretaries and their assistants will be held at the faculty level on November 26, and elections for the union president and his deputy will be held at the college level on November 27, and the student elections will end with the election of committee secretaries and their assistants, and the president and vice president of the university union on November 28, 2024.
