Prof.Dr. Hani Al-Arabi - Advisor of MU President for student activities,

Mr. Walid Abdul-Qawi - General Director of the Central Student Welfare at the University,

Mr. Atef Issa - Director of Social Activity and Trips Administration at the University,

Dr. Ahmed Bassiouni - Director of the University's Sports Activity Administration,

Ms. Haylayid - Director of Control and Follow-up at the General Administration for Central Student Welfare.
